Enforceable Undertaking

In September 2019, a subcontracted truck driver was delivering construction materials to a HY project in NSW when he suffered fatal injuries in a tragic accident.

As such, Hansen Yuncken has engaged in an Enforceable Undertaking with Safework NSW, which is published on the Safework NSW website, and detail of which has been communicated by our CEO.

As part of the Undertaking, we have committed to implementing a range of initiatives over the next three years. We will work closely with SafeWork NSW to ensure we meet the Undertaking requirements and continually improve our health and safety practices.

Updates and progress will be posted here on HYworkzone.
