Understanding and managing critical risks is essential to ensuring the safety of everyone on site, which is why we’ve developed a suite of animations and supporting resources to communicate these risks in an engaging way.

There are seven animations available, covering the following critical risk activities:

  • Cranes & Lifting
  • Electrical Supply & Equipment
  • Mobile Plant
  • Traffic Management
  • Transport and Deliveries
  • Underground & Overhead Services
  • Work at Height

These animations are designed to help workers better understand the mandatory controls for critical risk activities without relying on spoken or written words. Each animation is paired with a corresponding Toolbox Talk Engagement Kit, which includes an editable PowerPoint presentation and Word document template for a Toolbox Talk. Both can be requested below.

We encourage organisations to use this content, customise the Toolbox Talk template to suit their specific needs, and deliver it to teams where these high-risk topics are relevant. The animations and Toolbox Talks align with and support our HYer Standards, which outline the minimum controls for conducting high-risk work on our sites.
